At Drobee, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how it is stored.
1. Data We Collect
- Account information: Email address, username (via Firebase Authentication).
- Device information: Device model, OS version, IP address (may be automatically collected by Firebase).
- Content data: Uploaded photos, outfit tags, weather tags (stored in Firestore).
- Location data: City name or coordinates for weather suggestions (manual input or via API).
- Usage data: In-app navigation and usage statistics (via Google Analytics for Firebase).
2. Purpose of Data Usage
- Create and manage your account,
- Store your clothing and outfit records,
- Provide weather-based outfit suggestions,
- Analyze and improve app performance,
- Detect and fix errors.
3. Data Sharing
- Service providers: Firebase, Google APIs, weather services.
- Media hosting: Uploaded photos are sent to third-party FreeImageHost API servers for storage and access.
- Legal compliance: When required by authorities.
- User consent: With your explicit approval.
4. Data Retention
- Your account data is permanently deleted when you delete your account.
- Uploaded images are removed when you delete them.
- Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.
